Peruvian cuisine is one of the hottest around and this restaurant boldly proclaims itself among the best in the city. The founders are impressive: Peruvian head chef Nicky trained at Le Cordon Bleu and Swedish mixologist Patrick once ran the bar at the W Hotel.
Their goal is to present Peru’s cultural diversity, offering fusion cuisines like Nikkei (Japanese/Peruvian) and Chifa (Cantonese/Peruvian) as well as traditional Peruvian appetizers, tapas, ceviches, causas, mains, salads and desserts. They use authentic produce like quinoa, kiwichas and peppers.
Check out the new Ceviche & Pisco Bar serving Peruvian tapas accompanied by Pisco, traditional Peruvian brandy.
