Handmade Festival 2026
By Charlotte Stace

Handmade Festival returns as a celebration of craft culture, bringing together artisans, designers, makers and creative brands in one place. The event is built around handmade work in all sorts of forms - from textiles and ceramics to paper goods and other design-led objects - and this year’s edition also marks the festival’s 15th anniversary.
What makes it more than a straightforward craft fair is the mix of things happening around the stalls. The festival highlights workshops, masterclasses, concerts and exhibitions. And, this year’s return is a celebration of the culture of “fet a mà”, meaning “made by hand”, with a focus on sharing authentic, creative experiences.
It’s a full creative hangout - part market, part learning space, with food, music and plenty of beautifully made things to tempt even the least crafty visitor.
