MECAL Air’s legendary open-air short film nights are back every Friday in Poblenou! MECAL, Barcelona's International Short Film and Animation Festival, offers a series of open air screenings for the city’s inhabitants to enjoy the best short-format pieces of the international scene.

This year’s line up will feature a range of short films across a series of diverse and different genres. They are as follows: Horror special (July 21^st), Creative advertising (July 28^th), Comedy Part 1 (Aug 4^th), Erotic short films (Aug 11^th), Sci Fi (Aug 18^th), Comedy Part 2 (Aug 25^th), Very short shorts (Sept 1^st), Tarantino is not a killer (Sept 8^th), and Comedy Part 3 (Sept 15^th).

To accompany your film night, a selection of drinks and food will be available at the venue. Doors open at 8pm so get there early in order to get a good spot. The films will begin at sunset - around 9.15pm.
