Foraging for food has become popular among those of us who are evermore sustainability-conscious in today’s world. It’s an activity that involves collecting edible plants, fruits, nuts, seeds and fungi from the outdoors and is a great way to spend time in nature.

If this sounds like your kind of thing, then join a group of like-minded people as they go on a Wild Edible Plants Walk through the Parc Natural de la Serra de Collserola. Organised by Ecotherapy World and Wild-being, you’ll learn about the use of wild food in functional Medicine while foraging.

Lasting three hours, you’ll be guided by nature experts Jouko Kivimetsä and Katalin Kokavecz, who will teach you all about the local edible plants and sustainable practices. What’s more, you’ll have the chance to meet new people and build lasting relationships in the wellness community. This event will be conducted in English and Spanish.
