Temples 2024
By Charlotte Stace
British neo-psychedelic band Temples was formed in 2012 and consists of singer/guitarist James Bagshaw, bassist Tom Walmsley, keyboardist/guitarist Adam Smith, and drummer Rens Ottink.
They are on the pop side of the modern psychedelic scene, and their sound blends ‘60s influences with shimmering synthesizers and modern production techniques. And they’ve got the glam rock looks to go with it too.
To date, they have released four studio albums, two EPs, and a number of hit singles. Their debut album, Sun Structures, was released in 2014 and entered the charts at number seven in the UK. Their latest album is Exotico (2024) and they’re embarking on a new world tour to promote it. They’re known to raise a storm when they play live, so this is one gig you don’t want to miss.
