Barcelona-based rock band We Are Mono comes to present music from their new album Ganador (2024) for fans at Razzmatazz this weekend.
Forming in 2004, the group is characterised by its grungey Manchester-esque sounds, with rhythms that evoke a sense of rock-pop and occasional bursts of psychedelia which they wrap up in a veil of elegant electronica. Together, they shot to fame with the release of their debut album Are You Ready in 2005 and, since then, they’ve released five studio albums and toured extensively.
The group consists of Oscar Moon (vocals), Àlex Gutiérrez and Jonah Luke (guitars and backing vocals), Leo Alcaraz (keyboard), Edwin Cruz (bass and backing vocals) and Christian Flaschka (drums). Now’s your chance to see them performing live. Tickets cost 20 Euros. Doors open at 7.30pm.
