Fusing French and Spanish cuisine, this stylish restaurant in Born sparkles with joie de vivre. Funky wallpaper, moody lighting and giant pot plants create a cool but convivial vibe that’s suitable for anything from a feast with friends to a romantic first date.

French chef Hervé hails from Lille and has worked at some of Paris’ best restaurants, while French waiter Alban and his team also add authenticity with their urbane accents. Start with Spanish croquettes spiked with duck and oven-warm bread served with proper French butter for a simple but joyful introduction. Mains include cod meunière with ground hazelnuts and seasonal vegetables, and the sensational 35-day-aged beef cooked in red wine with watercress and perfect potatoes.

Be sure to ask for wine recommendations from France’s famous terroir. For dessert, don’t miss the legendary handmade chocolate mousse with salted caramel, which is worth a visit in its own right. Très bon, amis!.
