BARQ - the International Architecture Film Festival Barcelona - is back, celebrating its third edition this September.
It is a festival dedicated to deepening the relationships between architecture and film. To this end, BARQ gathers documentary films from around the world with a high cinematographic quality, never before seen in Spain and of interest for all audiences. It is an event which has demonstrated a great capacity to attract audiences and the ability to translate current debates to the whole society.
Held at Cinemas Girona, COAC, Zumzeig and online through Filmin, this year’s film selection includes Skin of Glass by Denise Zmekhol, Casa Bloc by Patricia Tamayo, Alfabeto Mangiarotti by Davide Maffei, and El Tren y La Peninsula by Sky Richards. Aside from the selection of films, there will be parallel activities including talks, debates, workshops and conferences. Get your tickets now.
