One of Barcelona’s most beloved literary festivals is back once more for a new edition. BCNegra 2023 comes to the stages of El Molino, Aribau Multicines and La Filmoteca, where it will host some of this year’s leading crime writers.
Authors including the likes of Claudia Piñeiro, Yousseff El Maimouni, Leonardo Padura and Laura Lippman will take to the round table for a number of discussions. In this way, you, the public, will be able to converse with and get to know some of your favourite crime authors.
Yet, there will be a number of parallel activities taking part around the main events. A number of other institutions will hold their own black-themed programming with talks and conferences, family activities, projections, book clubs and much more. Furthermore, the city’s libraries will offer reading guides to some of the participating authors. All activities have free admission, except for the projections of the Filmoteca de Catalunya.
