CLAM International Social Film Festival 2026
By Charlotte Stace

Cinema with something to say takes centre stage at CLAM, Catalunya's International Social Film Festival. Based between Manresa and Navarcles, the festival has spent more than two decades championing films that delve into issues around politics, identity, inequality, migration, family and other aspects of contemporary life.
This year’s programme is particularly strong: Sundance winner Josephine explores childhood trauma; Sucia turns Bárbara Mestanza’s experience of sexual assault into a powerful documentary; Ryusuke Hamaguchi’s All of a Sudden looks at social care, mortality and dignity; Jesse Eisenberg’s darkly comic film The Debut features; and Berlin Golden Bear winner Yellow Letters tackles censorship and repression in Turkey.
CLAM has always been dedicated to promoting and showcasing the values of solidarity, human rights and civil rights through the art of cinema. Tickets for the full selection of films across all sessions cost €40. Individual tickets cost €8. Don’t miss it.
