Leigh plays Marion Crane, a secretary who suddenly decides to embezzle money from her employer and ends up at the Bates Motel, managed by Perkins' enigmatic Norman Bates. A delicious, tightly wound ride of twists, pin-sharp dialogue and precise imagery ensues.
