A. A. Williams
By Charlotte Stace

London songwriter A.A. Williams brings her dark, luminous strain of post-rock to Primavera Tours, landing with a sound that moves from hushed confession to full-volume catharsis. After making her debut live appearance at the prestigious Roadburn Festival in the Netherlands off the back of her first self-titled EP, she’s since toured across the globe, collecting fans in her wake.
Her recent era is shaped by Forever Blue (2020) and As the Moon Rests (2022), records that fuse classical-leaning drama with the weight and texture of heavier alternative music. Both received critical acclaim and put her firmly in the slipstream of the wave of female vocalists making waves on the alternative scene.
Joining her for this gig is Spotlights, the New York trio known for gothic-leaning heaviness and hypnotic sounds - an ideal pairing if you like your gigs atmospheric and loud.
