Milan-based band Calibro 35 are known for their “cinematic funk” sound shaped by 1960s and ’70s Italian movie soundtracks. Originating in 2007, they first reimagined classic Poliziottesco (Italian crime) soundtrack themes before evolving to write their own noir-inspired instrumentals. Their music is deeply cinematic, and over the years they've grown into a collective of skilled musicians, including Enrico Gabrielli, Massimo Martellotta, Fabio Rondanini, Luca Cavina and producer Tommaso Colliva. 

çThey’ve tackled everything from reinterpretations of vintage film scores on their debut Calibro 35 (2008) to original albums like Traditori di Tutti (2013) and their latest jazz-funk record, Exploration (2025). Their sound has even caught the attention of hip-hop heavyweights - Jay-Z and Dr. Dre have sampled their tracks.

Essentially, they enjoy a worldwide reputation as one of the coolest independent bands around. And now they’re back on tour, bringing their music to fans once more.
