Canino FM Reopening

After a long layoff the independent radio station Canino FM has found a new home in the multidisciplinary Sants-Montjuic warehouse venue Foc, and is hosting this two-floor all-day relaunch party to celebrate. The station was launched earlier this year and streams sets from a mixture of regular local residents and international artists passing through the city. The relaunch party will feature more than 20 sets from station residents and friends covering everything from spoken-word and ambient to techno, bass, breaks and more. The full list of artists is: 00970, AINES, B4MBA, Chica Acosta, CobraBubble, Dudu, EYRA Jehia, Just Claudia, pictured, Lanav, Meritxell De Soto, Miramizu, NPLGNN, Oma Totem, Pasaporteman (aka Baba Sy), Pépe, Raphael, Sunny Graves, TNTC and TRS.
Early arrivals (before 3pm) pay €8 on the door, and after that it's €12, while advance tickets are €10. BIPOC, queer or migrant people who can't afford the entry fee are invited to email the organisers on [email protected]. Food and drink will be available and all profits from the event will go towards covering the operational expenses of the radio station in the coming season.
