Digitalism
By Charlotte Stace

Digitalism are heading to Sala Apolo, bringing their blend of electro-house, indie dance and electronic music to Barcelona. Formed in Hamburg in 2004, the German duo, made up of Jens Moelle and Ismail Tüfekçi, became key figures in the electro-indie explosion of the mid-2000s, alongside artists such as Daft Punk, Justice and Soulwax.
Their debut album, Idealism (2007), helped define the era, with tracks such as “Pogo”, “Zdarlight” and “Jupiter” becoming fan favourites. The pair went on to release I Love You Dude (2011), featuring “2 Hearts and Circles”, followed by Mirage (2016), JPEG (2019) and their latest record Optimism (2026).
Now celebrating more than two decades together, Digitalism returns with a live show that revisits their best-loved tracks alongside newer material. You can definitely expect a lot of nostalgia for the golden age of electro.
