Festigàbal returns to Gràcia on 15 and 16 August, offering a free weekend of live music and DJs as part of Festa Major de Gràcia and courtesy of arguably that neighbourhood's finest live music venue, Heliogàbal. As usual, it is a free-entry affair at the Jardins de la Sedeta and looks to be a highly appealing showcase for independent and alternative music, combining a relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere with a thoughtfully curated programme. 

This year’s edition features 10 live sets alongside DJ sessions in an intimate, communal space that feels a world away from Barcelona’s larger and more conventional music venues. On Saturday's bill are Lima Negra, Me and the Bees, Ciutat, Harden and Ryna (DJ), while on Sunday Maig, Killin' Cactus, Casero and Corte! play live before DJ Coco reprises his yearly lot in life at Primavera Sound in a scaled-down environment by playing a closing DJ set. Both nights' bills kick off at 8pm.
