Festival Maleducats
By Charlotte Stace

Barcelona’s annual urban and crossover music festival Maleducats returns to Parc del Fòrum to spotlight national and international artists. The festival has gained recognition over the years for its dedication to urban music. It also marks the start of the summer’s music festival season, which means we’ve got it all to look forward to.
So who’s playing? This year’s lineup includes: Estopa, the Catalan duo formed by brothers David and José Muñoz, known for their fusion of rumba catalana and rock; Queralt Lahoz, from Santa Coloma de Gramenet, she blends flamenco tradition with hip-hop, soul and R&B; Sanguijuelas del Guadiana, a trio from Extremadura, who combine rural sounds with modern influences; Lildami, an up-and-coming figure in the Catalan urban scene; and Pepe y Vizio, the duo from Granada bring their fusion of flamenco and hip-hop.
