Brazilian singer, songwriter and all-round performer Marina Sena comes to perform live at Sala Apolo.
Born in Taiobeiras, Brazil, she developed an interest in music as a teenager when she started composing music at school. She had her first taste of fame at age 17 when she took part as a contestant on the talent show The Voice Brasil. Following this, she began her professional music career in 2015 as a singer for the band A Outra Banda da Lua, with whom she released an album.
After leaving the band in 2020, she decided to embark on her solo career and wrote and released her debut album De Primeira in 2021. The success of this album has lef to her winning and receiving nominations for awards such as the Multishow Brazilian Music Awards and the Latin Grammy Awards.
