Ocean and climate village

UNESCO, in partnership with the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team, brings the Ocean & Climate Village exhibition to Port Olímpic until October 4th. An immersive exhibition, it encourages visitors to explore some of the most critical challenges facing our oceans and offers solutions for how each and every one of us can help to protect it.
It uses interactive tools to engage visitors of all ages and delves into a wealth of information on marine biodiversity, climate change, ocean acidification and rising sea levels. Ultimately, it stresses the pressing need for better ocean literacy around the world - a concept that extends well beyond the classroom, and incorporates a diverse range of perspectives from science, culture and local histories.
