Satori
By Charlotte Stace

Dutch producer Satori is known for his distinctive blend of organic and spiritual house, weaving instruments like the kora and kalimba into an electronic soundscape. He draws inspiration from "things that are not really directly connected to music" such as food, painting, poetry, and film. The result? Music that he describes as an “infinite golden hour.”
He grew up in the Netherlands, raised by a Serbian father and a South African mother, and was immersed from childhood in a mix of Balkan, Afrobeat and world music. He taught himself guitar around age 10 and began writing his own music. Over time, these diverse musical roots have shaped his signature sound - spiritual house tinged with Balkan rhythms.
He released his first full-album, In Between Worlds (2015), which established him as a rising star. Now he’s on tour bringing music from his latest record, Dreamin’ Colours (2022).
