The LA-born guitarist Ben Chasny is a member of the psychedelic rock band Comets On Fire and regularly works with bands including Current 93, Badgerlore and Magik Markers, all of which are thoroughly deserving of your attention. Six Organs of Admittance is his solo project, and through it he has been turning out a wonderful fusion of psychedelic folk, drone and experimental music since 1998's eponymous debut Six Organs album.

This show should feature songs from the constant stream of releases he has turned out in the past 27 years, with a particular focus on Time Is Glass, his album from last year, which was created in the remote and beautiful landscape of Humboldt, on California's Redwood Coast. This latest LP, which like most Six Organs albums was deeply influenced by his surroundings, is billed as "a musical meditation on time and human connections, where acoustic guitars, synthesizers, and emotive vocals intertwine in compositions that invite reflection and ecstasy".
