The self-taught violinist, singer, composer and producer Brittney Parks - better known by her stage name Sudan Archives - comes to perform live at Sala Apolo on November 25th as part of her international Homecoming Tour.

The singer will present her second album, “Natural Brown Prom Queen”, which was released earlier this year. This new work tells us of race, femininity and the fiercely loyal and loving relationships that are at the core of Sudan's life. The musician blends refined, exotic R&B with hip-hop, folk, experimental electronic music with West African rhythms and melodies - a taste of which we saw it on her first EPs, “Sudan Archives” (2017), “Sink” (2018), and “Anthena” (2019), her critically acclaimed debut album.

If you’re a fan of the likes of Tirzah, Sampa The Great, Jamila Woods, Kelsey Lu, Ibeyi, Frank Ocean, or Solange, then you’ll love Sudan Archives!
