Somehow it's now 20 damned years since the release of Sigur Ros's landmark fourth album, Takk…, and to celebrate/commiserate, the record on which the Icelandic post-rockers embraced a certain segment of the mainstream has been reimagined as a fully immersive listening experience. Created by Loss Gain in collaboration with the band, this special edition uses the original studio tapes and Intorno Labs’ state-of-the-art spatial audio technology to transform the album into a 3D sonic journey.

It should be noted that the band will not be present for this – rather, Takk...360º is about dedicated fans being given the chance to find new depths in a beloved album by hearing it played on an extraordinarily advanced sound system.
