The Kitchen - Bradley Zero, Paula Tape, Clap Kent
By Kit Macdonald
This lineup at this edition of The Kitchen should be strong enough to lure even the most stridently beach-sceptic of Barcelona's electronic music fans to the playa, even with the need to travel to and from Sitges factored into the equation. Paula Tape is a supremely talented Chilean DJ and producer whose track Body Nature has spent three years and counting stuck in the heads of thousands of lovers of a certain brand of chopped and screwed Balearic beauty. Bradley Zero, meanwhile, hosts the legendary NTS show Rhythm Section and the label of the same name, which released the aforementioned Paula Tape EP in 2021 among a relentless schedule of other fantastic releases.
Madrileño DJ and tastemaker Clap Kent warms up, and proceedings will open at 3pm with a b2b from Planet Venus residents Ale Hope and Mara. At the time of writing, first-release tickets are still available at €15, and for just 80 cents more you can nab a ticket that includes bus travel to and from Hola Club from Barcelona. See Resident Advisor for further details.
