The Sound Society x 22 Recordings

Two of the city's best-loved musical institutions come together at its most exciting new clubbing space here as The Sound Society, with their custom-built sound system and vibe inspired by the spirit of Paradise Garage, invite 22 Recordings to take over their first night at Village Underground Barcelona.
22 Recordings' musical identity is rooted in New Beat, electronic body music and dark, hypnotic club sounds, but the label defines itself by music that creates connections on the dance floor rather than by this or that genre. The artists they have picked for this Friday's throwdown are Dizzy, A.M.Q.N. and C.RU.Z b2b DJ Tree. A.M.Q.N. will bring a live set of EBM, industrial and body music with supercharged vocals, while the others will play DJ sets touching on everything from synthwave and electro to New Beat and contemporary techno. As The Sound Society's brief and powerful manifesto states: "No VIP. No distractions. Just sound, music and community."
