It was back in 2016 when the Swedish singer-songwriter Kristian Matsson, otherwise known as The Tallest Man on Earth, last performed in Barcelona. Now he’s back to perform music from his latest album, Henry St. (2023).

It could be argued that his third album, There's No Leaving Now (2012), solidified the singer as the latest titan of Scandinavian folk music - though he had already pleasantly surprised with his debut record, Shallow Grave (2008), which gave us Dylan-esque rhythms and lyrics.

The achievements of Shallow Grave were furthered by The Wild Hunt (2010), which charted and expanded his audience. He later released Dark Bird Is Home (2015), which was recorded with a band - a departure from his previous solo tours - and based on his divorce. In 2018, he embarked on the project When The Bird Sees The Solid Ground, a series of five songs released in instalments. Don’t miss him performing live on stage. Tickets cost 32 Euros.
