Emerging from Merced, in California’s Central Valley, 60juno is the solo project of Jericho Tejeda, who began making music in his bedroom during the Covid lockdowns. Drawing on the DIY indie-rock explosion of mid-2010s Southern California and the lo-fi aesthetics of the SoundCloud rap era, his music sits somewhere in the admittedly large space between hazy nostalgia and punk urgency, with influences including The Drums and Current Joys in the mix.

Combining chiming guitars, melodic basslines and driving drums with deep, raw vocals, 60juno brings a darker edge to otherwise dreamy, sun-drenched indie pop. Releases including 2023's zzz and 2024's Swell Blue have helped establish his distinctive, fractured take on post-punk, and subsequent singles have continued to expand his sound. Doors are at 8pm and support comes from Seibiant, a Barcelona band who channel indie rock, post-punk and shoegaze in roughly equal proportions.
