Barcelona Woman Acceleration Week (BWAW) is one of Barcelona’s flagship equality and leadership events with three packed days of talks, debates and sector-focused sessions designed to accelerate gender equality in the workplace. It’s organised by the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona and takes place at DFactory Barcelona (with the option to follow along by livestream).

The programme is structured into themed tracks (think: BDigital, BScience, BCorporate, BSecurity, BGaming, BMedia, BRealEstate, BTalent, BHealth, BSpace, BFintech and more), mixing big-picture issues, like responsible AI, the corporate role in equality, and women in aerospace, with sector-specific case studies.

A broad mix of speakers, from founders and executives to public sector leaders and specialists, come to speak across a number of sessions.
