Barcelona Women’s Race 2025
By Charlotte Stace

The Carrera de la Mujer returns to Barcelona, bringing together thousands of women for a day of sport, solidarity and empowerment. Open to participants aged eight and over, this 7.6km race winds through the city in a colourful sea of pink, celebrating fitness and women.
More than just a competition, the race champions women’s health and supports breast cancer research, making every stride count. Whether running, jogging or walking, everyone shares the same goal - to enjoy the experience and feel part of something bigger. The running kicks off early at 9am starting on Marquès de l'Argentera, and ending at the Pujades.
With up to 36,000 participants expected, this is one of the city’s biggest sporting events. Whether you want to take part or cheer on the runners, it’s a fantastic event for all the family.
