This beautifully equipped, modern fitness center has recently introduced small group Pilates classes using Reformer machines. Class sizes are necessarily small – up to four individuals – ensuring individual attention from the instructor.
The Pilates body conditioning system is ideal for improving posture, flexibility, balance, coordination and core muscle strength, including toning abdominals. Individual sessions available too.
