Christmas market at Port Vell

Ho ho ho! It’s time to get your Christmas shopping in before it’s too late! And what better gift for a loved one, than a unique crafted item from one of Barcelona's local artisans? Now you have another place to search for the perfect gift.
Barcelona’s newest Christmas Market, the Fira de Nadal del Port Vell, takes place from the first weekend in December until the 6th of January. Located in La Plaça del Portal de la Pau, near to the Columbus Monument, it is open daily. It offers a meeting point where families will find activities, dancing, music and new experiences with the little ones in the house.
There will be a wide variety of activities including 30-40 free stage shows. There will also be the 65-meter-high fairground wheel, a nativity scene and a rest area, where visitors can sit and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate with friends and family.
