Flea Station
By Charlotte Stace

Barcelona’s treasure hunters now have a new excuse to rummage. Flea Station gathers vintage sellers for a more curated spin on the classic flea market, with vintage clothing, records, accessories, collectible items and handmade finds all waiting for a second life.
Behind it is Flea Market Barcelona, the much-loved association championing second hand culture in the city since 2007. Its markets have grown into a local institution, built around the simple idea that one person’s cast-off might become someone else’s favourite thing, while also promoting reuse and sustainability when it comes to shopping.
This edition of Flea promises fewer stalls and more breathing room, so browsing should feel like a leisurely experience. The real fun at this type of market is finding the leather jacket, vinyl record or totally beautiful (but unnecessary) object you didn’t know you needed.
