Trying a new hobby feels especially appealing when it comes with a bit of calm, and “Encuentro con el arte y la naturaleza” sounds like exactly that. Led by Florencia Cid, the workshop treats illustration less as a technical exercise and more as a way of slowing down, observing closely, and reconnecting with the natural world through drawing. It is not just a one-off class, but part of a series of four workshops, each inspired by one of the elements: earth, fire, air and water.

It’s rooted in observation, creativity and connection, using nature as both subject and inspiration. That gives it a calmer, more reflective feel than your standard workshop, and makes it as much about the experience of making art as the final result.

This is not one for people chasing polished masterpieces in a single sitting. It’s for sketchbook lovers, curious beginners and anyone craving a little more artistic flair in their Barcelona week.
