IrídiaFest 2025
By Charlotte Stace

The 3rd edition of IridiaFest comes to Paral·lel 62 for two days this month. A human rights and cultural festival, it is dedicated to tackling the radicalisation of hatred through the generation of community spaces and collective empowerment.
Above all, it is committed to the development of culture; an essential part in defending human rights and promoting transformative ideas. The festival is produced in collaboration with Say It Loud, a project by the Quesoni cooperative that has championed the social impact of the arts for over 13 years. This third edition aims to foster connection, reflection and artistic expression under the slogan “Let’s make it happen.”
The lineup? Thursday opens with a live edition of Ciberlocutorio, a podcast by Andrea Gumes and Anna Pacheco. Friday features performances by local, national and international artists including Branko (founder of Buraka Som Sistema), and Ortiga (a Galician artist redefining traditional verbena).
