La Mercè 10k Run 2026

As part of the city’s Festes de la Mercè, Barcelona’s running community will descend for the annual La Mercè 10K Bimbo Global Race. It’s a sporty, feel-good way to take part in the La Mercè. This certified 10km run is centred around a fast urban route designed to bring runners through the city centre and towards the sea.
The 2026 edition is the 48th edition of this race and includes three formats: the main 10km, an inclusive 2km for people with reduced mobility, and a non-competitive family mile. It’s not just a race for the city’s serious runners, it’s also a community event with space for different ages, bodies and levels.
As with previous editions, the spirit is sport, solidarity and city pride. There’ll be thousands of people turning up to take part or cheer on loved ones, so you won’t be alone.
