Mobb Deep 2026
By Charlotte Stace

Mobb Deep are one of the defining names in East Coast hip-hop: the Queensbridge duo of Havoc and Prodigy, formed in New York in 1990. The pair met as two teenagers studying at Manhattan’s High School of Art and Design, making demos, and hustling cassettes until the right people listened.
They first performed as Poetical Prophets before developing the colder, harder sound that made Mobb Deep essential. By the mid-1990s, albums like The Infamous (1995), Hell on Earth (1996) and Murda Muzik (1999) had made them rap royalty, with “Shook Ones (Part II)” and “Survival of the Fittest” becoming permanent fixtures in hip-hop history.
This new tour is centred on that legacy, with Havoc leading a show that also honours Prodigy, who died in 2017. He’ll revisit the classic Queensbridge sound while bringing Big Noyd and DJ L.E.S. along for the ride, plus material connected to the forthcoming album The Infinite (2026).
