Nigerian Afrobeat musician Michael Adebayo Olayinka - known by his stage name Ruger - comes to perform live at Razzmatazz.

Ruger started music at a young age, and was a member of his school music band and also a member of his church choir. He began composing songs and performing at shows and school functions when he was a teenager. It was in 2020 that he was discovered by D'Prince, who signed him to his record label in 2021

He later went on to release his debut EP Pandemic in 2021, followed shortly after by his second EP The Second Wave. The performer, who describes his music as Afrodancehall (a fusion of Afrobeats with dancehall elements), has been met with much critical acclaim, and now embarks on an international tour.
