Saturday Yoga for Queers is an outdoor community yoga meetup, hosted by Dilber Nurdinova at Gran Clariana. It’s designed as a softer social space for queer people living in or visiting the city with time to connect before and/or after the class.

The practice is deliberately flexible and choice-led: you’re encouraged to adapt, rest, or modify throughout, with the emphasis on tuning into your body rather than “performing” poses. Diber also shares supportive resources (PDFs/audio) for seated and lying postures, aiming to make the session more accessible across different bodies and energy levels (they’re keen to stress that absolutely no prior experience is needed).

It’s explicitly welcoming to all queers across identity, body type and ability, with a “community-first” approach. All you need to bring is a mat, small towel, socks, bottle of water, and anything else that supports your practice.
