SHIFT Your Mindset: Breaking the Cycle You’re Stuck In is a live online workshop that has been designed to help you recognise the repeating thought-feeling-action loops that keep you stuck in the same cycles and replace them with clearer and more supportive patterns. It’s aimed at anyone who feels like they’re circling the same habits, decisions or emotional triggers and wants a practical reset.
In the session, you’ll be prompted to identify your personal “stuck cycle” (what triggers it, how you respond, and what effect it has on you), then work through exercises designed to interrupt autopilot thinking and build more intentional responses. Note: make sure to have a notebook handy so you can capture insights and actions.
The appeal is its focus on application: shifting from insight to a simple plan you can practice in daily life. It’s especially useful for anyone who procrastinates, overthinks or repeats the same cycles and relationship patterns.
