Art Nou 2025
By Charlotte Stace

Barcelona welcomes back one of its leading festivals for emerging art, Art Nou. The festival provides a platform for up-and-coming artists to connect with the professional art world, ranging from commercial galleries and independent spaces to institutions dedicated to scouting out new talent.
Now in its 14th year, Art Nou will present around 30 exhibitions and present work by more than 40 artists. The programme includes guided visits, artist talks, performances and screenings. Some of the spaces involved include: barsa, Espai 19, Fundació Úniques, Raccoon Projects, Victor Lope Arte Contemporáneo, Dialica, and BETA Contemporary.
The inauguration kicks off on June 25th at the Isaac Peral Building with a collaborative presentation by Irantzu Yaldebere and Jangitz Larrañaga. It concludes on September 4th at La Capella with a performance by Blanca Tolsá Rovira.
