ArtsLibris 2026
By Charlotte Stace

ArtsLibris is back for its 17th edition, bringing together more than 110 publishers, artists and cultural projects devoted to the beautiful world of artist’s books, photobooks and self-publishing. Since launching in Barcelona in 2009, the fair has grown into an international meeting point for anyone who believes a book can be an artwork in itself.
The fair will bring tables piled with limited editions, experimental publications, photography, illustration, typography and books that barely resemble books at all. This year’s exhibitors stretch from Barcelona and Madrid to Paris, Vienna, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, New York and beyond, with names including Apartamento, Actes Sud, Caja Negra, CCCB, Fundació Joan Miró and Columbia Books on Architecture and the City.
Aside from browsing the books, the Speakers’ Corner hosts over 30 presentations, while the Eloi Gimeno Award celebrates standout photobooks. So, if you’re a fan of art publishing and all that it involves, then this is one event that you definitely need to put in the calendar.
