Fira literal 2024

Fira Literal, a celebration of radical books and ideas, celebrates its tenth edition this month at Fabra i Coats. For three days, the fair brings publishing houses and bookstores together under one roof. The first two days of the fair are for professionals working in the field, while the third day is open to the public.
Literal is more than just a book fair - it’s a place where those passionate about books and literature can come together to discover new titles and authors, and celebrate all things book related. As usual, the fair champions diverse voices in literature. So, for this edition, it puts women at the forefront - female literary icons such as Angela Davis, Vandana Shiva, Rita Segato, Sara Ahmed and Marina Garcés will be attending, amongst a whole host of authors who come to challenge the status quo.
In addition, there’ll be a space with music and poetry, and a family area with a restaurant for all to enjoy.
