Start the new year in a healthy, mindful way by giving your body and mind the attention they deserve. Flow Yoga with Christine Pohn invites you to slow down, tune in and move with intention. Held at Yoga Studio Blaumeer, these sessions offer a range of styles. The focus is on perfecting alignment while maintaining an awareness of the body, the mind and breath.

Led by Christine Pohn, the class blends the foundations of Hatha Yoga with the rhythm of Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and elements of Release Technique. Each session is carefully paced, encouraging presence rather than perfection.

Classes take place in the indoor Shala, with the option to move outdoors onto Blaumeer’s private rooftop when the weather allows. Taught in English and/or Spanish depending on the group, this is an accessible practice for those looking to flow, breathe and recharge.
