Mirador CCCB
By Charlotte Stace
You may have been there for exhibitions and events, but have you seen the view? To honour the CCCB’s 20th anniversary in 2015, the museum opened a mirador (lookout) on its top floor which looks out onto some of the city’s most emblematic landscapes.
Through the glass façade, attendees can peer out onto the surrounding El Raval, Barri Gòtic and Montjuïc neighbourhoods - not to mention as far as Tibidabo with its Torre de Collserola. For some unique Instagram worthy images, make sure to check out this little gem so often overlooked in favour of the city’s other big lookout spots. What's great about this one is that it's still relatively unknown by the masses...so get there now before people catch on.
Admission is free. The mirador will be open to enjoy until late December. Last access is 30 minutes before the museum’s closing time.
