Barcelona bids farewell to 2025 and welcomes in 2026 with an audiovisual celebration led by Marc Parrot, blending heritage and futurism into one midnight moment. The Barcelona-born artist brings together traditional instruments and forward-looking electronic soundscapes, setting the tone for a New Year that looks both back and ahead.

The performance unfolds in four acts inspired by the elements - air, water, earth and fire - each reflecting a different facet of Catalan identity. Ancient melodies, rumba and havaneres are reimagined through contemporary textures, with instruments like flabiols, gralles and guitars woven into modern sounds.

And the star of the show? A breathtaking fireworks display lighting up the skies above Montjuïc. The result is an unmissable New Year’s Eve show that offers us a collective leap into the year ahead. Simply head over to the Av. Reina Maria Cristina and secure your spot amongst the crowds.
