Barcelona takes over the global clubbing scene with the arrival of Sónar. But many of the most alluring acts are to be found beyond the festival program. One of the most eagerly anticipated of these is the Numbers BCN showcase. The Glasgow collective began life as club night before establishing a record label. At the same, Optimo Music was enjoying a similar emergence. The two have helped put the Scottish capital on the world map of dance music.

For the seventh consecutive edition of Numbers BCN, these Glaswegian institutions will come together with Numbers figureheads Jackmaster and Spencer joined by Optimo head honchos JD Twitch and JG Wilkes. Special guests include Lory D, Adesse Versions and Kornél Kovács. Expect innovative, genre-defying, bass-driven dance music and a few surprises yet to be revealed.
