Barcelona’s leading art fair - SWAB - returns for a new edition, featuring 300 artists and more than 60 galleries from around the world. SWAB is an independent fair and experimental platform for emerging artistic proposals that has been meeting annually since 2006.
Held in the Fira de Barcelona, this year’s exhibitors include the likes of ADN Galeria, (Barcelona), Josilda da Conceição (Amsterdam), Pabellón 4 (Buenos Aires), JPS Gallery, (Hong Kong/Tokyo/Paris), Kevin Kavanagh (Dublin), Bianca Boeckel (São Paulo), CLUSTER (Rome), and Galerie chantiersBoîteNoire (Montpellier).
SWAB chooses to come to Barcelona for its free spirit and cosmopolitan character. Holding the fair in this city means generating a unique platform of exchange and international dialogue, a meeting between cultures united by art and twinned under the blue sky of the Mediterranean.
