Barcelona’s Three Kings Parade is one of the city’s most magical and colourful holiday traditions. On the afternoon of January 5th, the Three Magic Kings - Melchior, Gaspar and Balthazar - arrive by sea aboard the historic schooner Santa Eulàlia, welcomed with ceremony and the symbolic magic key that allows them to deliver gifts to every home later that night.
As evening falls, the parade winds its way through some of Barcelona’s most iconic streets, travelling from the waterfront and sweeping through the city centre before reaching Avinguda Maria Cristina. Along the route, decorated floats, dancers, musicians and performers bring the story to life in a dazzling procession of light, colour and sound.
Families line the streets, sweets rain down, and the city buzzes with excitement, making this an unforgettable way to close the Christmas season and keep the magic alive a little longer.
