Terra i Gust returns as part of La Mercè. The Sustainable Food Festival brings together 14 city restaurants serving 28 dishes made with organic, local and seasonal ingredients, with half the menu vegetarian.

Make sure to come hungry and graze your way around the stalls, then wash everything down with natural wine, locally brewed craft beer or something sweet from Delacrem. A producers’ market puts the people behind the ingredients centre stage, while showcookings and workshops feature chefs including Rafa Peña, Marc Ribas, Artur Martínez and Wenbin Peng, who brings Shanghai flavours into the spotlight with Mediterranean produce.

Aside from discovering top-quality food, at the heart of the festival is the idea that food should be good for both appetite and planet. To that end, it highlights less waste, fairer conditions for farmers, and stronger support for local producers.
