Longstanding Raval eatery Carmelitas is reborn under the assured hands of chefs Xavier Pellicer (who led Abac to two Michelin stars) and Rafa Vertamatti as a house of vermouth. The event only admits one hundred people, so be sure to get your name on the wall of the Facebook event and arrive early.
